Collecting used materials to reuse them in the production of new items and put them again in the consumption chain. Therefore, the industry of material recovery is vital for products to be treated properly and to be reintroduced in the production chain with high-quality standards, creating local employment besides.
Although the industry of material recovery is highly professionalized now and can face challenges posed by the circular economy criteria, it’s essential that, at design and manufacturing stages, we consider the possibility to be recycled in the near future.
